Pally Biscuits, a leading biscuit manufacturer, faced the challenge of connecting over 36 production machines using a mix of Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
The machine park was diverse and fragmented, making standardised data collection across lines nearly impossible. Without consistent machine data, further digitalisation was out of reach.

In close partnership with MES provider Factorise, the goal was to unlock machine data across the entire production floor and feed it directly into the MES environment. Reniver was responsible for the machine connectivity layer, using Reniway Edge to collect, standardise and deliver data in real time.
With this foundation, Pally Biscuits would not only gain visibility into production, but also benefit from fully integrated recipe management, maintenance tracking, and issue handling inside the MES.
In close partnership with MES provider Factorise, the goal was to unlock machine data across the entire production floor and feed it directly into the MES environment. Reniver was responsible for the machine connectivity layer, using Reniway Edge to collect, standardise and deliver data in real time.
With this foundation, Pally Biscuits would not only gain visibility into production, but also benefit from fully integrated recipe management, maintenance tracking, and issue handling inside the MES.
Reniver deployed its Reniway Edge solution on site. In less than a week, all 36 machines were connected and brought into one central data structure. The solution translated both Allen Bradley and Siemens protocols into standardised outputs, ready for use by Factorise’s MES platform.
This fast, plug-and-play approach eliminated months of manual integration work.

Become Reniver’s C++ master! Work closely with real machines, industrial equipment, and real-time systems like PLCs or RTOS edge devices. Design, build and maintain high performance microservices that capture, transform, and store data from industrial controllers, IoT devices, robots, etc. By using model-based design and tools you turn data models into generated code fast-tracking your development. Your code will be reviewed, built, tested, and deployed using Gitlab DevOps tooling, Linux, and Docker technology.

Become the star developer of our state-of-the-art Reniway application! Design and implement microservices with REST APIs, IoT communication services and function blocks for our low-code platform using C# .NET6. A nicely built and architected backend goes hand-in-hand with a great user experience, for which you will develop the Reniway UI Angular 15 with Material app. Your code will be reviewed, built, tested and deployed using our Gitlab DevOps tooling and Docker technology.
